Had the drunken noodles last week it was great and I'm back for the redcurry chicken. The wait staff and owner's are very nice and friendly. The owner offered to do a sake bomb with me last time but I don't drink so they gave me a free desert. Now I know why the staff is so happy. LOL The redcurry is awesome!!!! Just be carefull if you aren't used to spicey food. 2 stars = very spicy. Just the way I like it.

This is a NEW Hot Spot! Been here a few times- once it was dead and the other night busy - we sat outside. Got our drinks and orders in - they even turned on the music on outside for us. The service is spot on, super friendly and the best in town. The sushi is the only thing we have had for the most part (posted pics) the equality and price is by far the best you will find. When you combine it all it only gets better and it's 5 Stars in a row 14 Reviews! Please stop spreading the word I want this to be my own little private hot spot ~ Cheers ~

This time yelp really let me down. The salad tasted strange. The dressing was too sweet and the cucumber tasted old. The Panang chicken: sauce was ok but the chicken (only about 1 oz for lunch portion ) was almost clear and looked like boiled meat.

Delicious sushi. I had a couple hamachi rolls and my mom had some fancy rolls and we were both happy. The staff are so sweet attentive. The dish presentations were so beautiful too. We only had sushi and tea but maybe next time I'll try the Thai dishes. Bonus: they're next door to a yarn shop!

Had dinner here last night. best panag chicken I've had and the crispy duck is awesome!

Just ordered take out from here and it was a breeze! Service was fast (maybe because its a wednesday night) and food is delicious I got the grilled steak with brown rice and teriyaki sauce. It also came with a ton of veggies on the side. Portion was a good amount too for the price, it has me full and enough for left overs for lunch tomorrow! My boyfriend got the grilled chicken with brown rice and he just devoured it so I'm assuming it was really good. It's located in a smaller shopping plaza behind the winn-dixie on atlantic and military. Overall, food is delicious and I plan on definitely coming back!

Saw the great reviews and ordered delivery on a Saturday night. The food came really quick, real hot and delicious looking. Had the tuna tamaki, tom kha, masaman curry and a roll. Everything was outstandingly delicious. So happy to have found this place, best Asian food I've had in the area.

  • Becky Z.

My favorite Thai place in this area. The Massaman Curry has avocado and sweet potato and is delicious! All the curries are good, Pad See Ew is awesome, great soups, etc.

This place is my fav place for Thai food. Absolutely amazing sushi and Thai food in general. Everything is always fresh the entree 3 buddy is one of my favorites with the peanut sauce and the lobster bomb is fantastic! Small place though but such a friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. And the dumplings! O man really good! Should try the Thai iced tea as well wicked sweet milkshake like drink perfect for after the meal. Everything off the menu you will enjoy. No doubt. Love it!

I really hate to write this review for Nana Noodles & Sushi Bar in Delray Beach, because they are fantastic! Especially for west Delray. Everything I have tried there has been wonderful. But please, don't go, cause I want to be sure that I get a meal. LOL

Food was good. Location should be improve. Lunch menu is really good. I had veggie Pad Thai and I'm impressed how good it was.

  • Jon B.

I went here with my parents because I saw that it had good reviews. It did not disappoint. I had the green dragon roll and nana fried rice, both were fantastic. My dad had the crispy duck curry and he said it was the best crispy duck he had ever had. My mom had the pad Thai and also loved it. It is reasonably priced, plus we have a bunch of leftovers. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

The best sushi I've ever eaten anywhere. Love love love the south beach roll and the Fuji roll. Can't wait to go back and try more rolls and cooked food too!

  • Andree N.

SOOOO Good! Better than the other Thai places in the area and the sushi is good too!

Very small, but a hidden gem. The location is kind of unusual, but if you can fin it, stop and get some food. We've never actually had dinner there, however we picked up food back to back nights. The Goyza, Drunken Noodle, and rolls were really great. I think we may try eating there soon...although it's always busy it seems quiet.

    (4)
  • Alex D.

Excellent presentation. Extremely cheap for so much high grade sushi. Total hidden gem, worth driving quite a distance to check out. The beauty and the beast roll, and dream roll were fantastic.

We had visited this restaurant on a previous occasion and were pleased with the sushi and various other dishes. We would have rated it 3 or even 4 stars. Unfortunately tonight we had a bad experience. One of our party of 7 ordered tom yum soup and found a good size beetle type insect in the bowl. The staff were very apologetic and tried to make it up the best they could. However, needless to say the evening was pretty much ruined. The rest of us decided to make the best of it and eat our meals. The sushi and sashimi were good. The tempura batter was just "ok" as it was not as light and fluffy as it could be. I'm pretty certain that this incident was a very rare occurrence in this restaurant but it happened tonight nonetheless... thus 1 star.

  • Michael E.

Must agree with the other positive reviews. Had the Nana Pad Thai at level 4 and it was wonderful. Also the calamari was some of the best I've ever had with just the right amount of breading and a really good dipping sauce. Will be back for more...

EXCELLENT! It's a little hard to find as it's in a strip mall with no roadside signage ... but the hunt is totally worth it. Small and comfortable dining room. We went for dinner on a Friday night and it was not that crowded. It should be, though. There were 2 adults and one 6 year old in our party. My 6 year old ate nine (9!) pieces of steamed gyoza. It was delicious. And she's a picky eater. The fried tofu app was delectable. Fried nice and crispy - but not greasy. Crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside. Very good. Wonton soup was delicious with very fresh herbs. Iced Thai tea was a well prepared and refreshing. My girl and I split two rolls,: 1) RED DRAGON ROLL Shrimp tempura, eel, cucumber, avocado, scallions topped with seared tuna, spicy mayo, tempura flakes and masago (from the website) and, 2) DREAM ROLL Shrimp tempura, cucumber, avocado, scallions, cream cheese, inside out topped with tuna, salmon and special sauce We also added another basic eel roll. All three were very fresh and extremely (surprisingly) filling. No room for dessert, but they looked tasty. The service was very attentive. Really, a very nice find for sushi and thai food. Oftentimes, when a restaurant mixes two ethic palattes under one roof, nothing really stands out. This place is the exception. Really outstanding food in an unassuming location. Must try.

There's a new kid on the block and her name is Nana! The First Lady wanted Pad Thai and I was in the mood for Spicy Fried Rice. Rather than go with our usual Thai place, I opted for some strange. I called Nana and ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai (Mild) and Nana's Spicy Rice (Heat level 7). Note: the Nana's rice has shrimp, beef and chicken vs the Spicy Rice which requires you to select one meat selection. I ordered the food for pick up. When I arrived at the restaurant, I could not help but notice how incredibly clean the place was. Seriously this may have been the cleanest kitchen I've ever seen at a commercial restaurant since....ever. The decor is modern and minimalist, while the staff was warm and friendly. The food was DE-Li-CIOUS! Hands down the best spicy rice i've had in Delray. The Mrs. is of few words but gave the Pad Thai the nod of approval (Clean plate club). I would strongly recommend Nana Noodles to any passerby in the mood for Thai.

The Hubby and I went early last night before catching a movie. Since it was early we decided to get the early bird meal. To start we got a piping hot not so ordinary wonton soup. Two chicken and shrimp won tons fill this small bowl of garlicky broth. We chose the ginger dressing for our salads. It was better than the typical ginger dressing as it had fresh orange along with the ginger. Hubby found it to sweet. I got the Thai basil shrimp. It was good and loaded with veg and 5 extra large shrimp a cup of rice and a finger size lackluster spring roll with decent sauce. Lastly, I anticipated the finally, the dessert, fried banana with ice icecream. What I received was a tasty morsel and I do mean morsel. A wonton wrapper folded around a small coin size slice of banana and a 1/4 cup of ice cream. I want more.....more....I'll have to go back for av real sized portion.

I went originally because of the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. The first time I went I got Curry red coconut Thai chicken. It was fresh and the portions were plentiful. I had the ceviche which was fresh. I loved it so much that I went back two weeks later with my parents and it was very clean with plenty people in the restaurant and the service was attentive.

Got Panang curry as recommended--yummy. Tom yum soup rather tomato salt taste to it. Great service. Will be back to try some more items.

What do the Sahara, Asahi Beer and the poultry dishes at Nana's all have in common? Dry like dust. The sushi? The spicy tuna was lightly coated with the spicy mix, and not that impressive either. Tempura was great on the shrimp, and too chewy on the veggies, which were also cut too thick so they were not well cooked. The duck was pretty to look at, but not good. They took 10% off when we mentioned the problems. Service was terrible. I had to ask after 20 minutes just to get water and get the appetizer plates off the table. The place is very pricey, compared to House of Siam, which does the food up far better for about half the price. It's a crowded little place, mostly older patrons, not surprising in this part of Boca, but I have to wonder whether the doctors alter their medication before they use Yelp to do their rankings. Five stars? They haven't approved medical marijuana in the state yet, or I'd say that a number of the ravers here were high as kites.

I've been to 2 other Asian restaurants around the neighborhood and I really like this one the best. They had Plum wine which was a plus. I had the grilled shrimps with the vegetables and brown rice. The shrimps were big and very good. Every thing was excellent

My friend told me about this restaurant. I'm so impress the food was so delicious. The location is kind of hidden at the corner of Winn Dixie plaza. I will definitely tell all my friends have to try them all...... Love the chicken red curry, bean thread noodle, Thai dumpling, sushi roll, spring roll very yummi...

  • William G.

We went to this restaurant last night based on the yelp reviews. There was only one other couple in the entire restaurant... And I asked if they were closing. Despite it being slow - service wasn't great. Our appetizer wasn't cooked and was barely warm, the waitress didn't bring my wife water when asked as she was handling phone orders.. my wife thought her dish had very little flavor and was disappointed. I on the other hand am giving this restaurant 3 stars because i enjoyed my cashew chicken - but the overall experience wasn't good.

  • Abe D.

Not sure why this place got such good reviews. Got 2 sushi rolls: 1 was tasteless, the other with eel was chewy (I eat sushi at least once a week in NY and know 'good' sushi). Tried the pad thai and it was way too saucy -- almost soupy. Didn't love the "no frills" look of the interior, but dined there anyway b/c you can't judge a book by its cover. In this case, you can. Wanted to like this place but it was a big letdown.

Wanted some takeout the other night, and I saw this place hd great reviews on yelp! I would have never even know it was tucked back in there behind Winn Dixie, but I was pleasantly surprised!! I got the edamame appetizer and mad saman curry! So good and great portion sizes. I will definitely go back and try more of their food. Great find!

Just came back from dinner and have nothing but good things to say. The food was amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly and the prices were great. We got a Furi sushi roll, drunken noodles and pad thai. So far, the pad thai was the best I have had in Delray Beach. My fiance enjoyed the drunken noodles so much that he didn't have any left to share with me so I can't speak for that, but the sushi was excellent. Also we got fried banana for dessert and that too was excellent. The taste and presentation of the food made it seem like we were at a more expensive restaurant - but the prices were so cheap! After our meal, the staff set up a sake bomb for us and it was a lot of fun :) Definitely coming back here with our friends!

Decent place for the money. Only ordered sushi. 10 piece role for 5 bucks you can't beat. Seemed fresh. Flavor way off on the spicy tuna

The truly are a hidden gem. I,would have never know about them had they not been located next door to my gym. Luckily I ventured over one day and have continued to,go over ever since. Other than holidays they're seating is simple and reservations not required. Great portion sizes and the crab Rangoon is to die for!!

Truth be told . . . I'm so picky about Asian food that most of the time it ends up in the garbage! and "No" I'm not independently wealthy. In the process of my never ending search for what I consider more than edible Asian, I found Nana's Noodles. I ordered and have continued to order Sashimi (my favorite). I would unquestionably extend 5 stars to the quality of the food. I always order take-out on my lunch hour and they made an error and gave me the wrong food once. Since the food was so good I did not go back to get the correct order. They also made an error in charging me different amounts on two days for the same item. Bottom line is they of course extended a credit for their error and apologized for giving me the wrong food. Perhaps someone else would never go back to Nana's Noodles because of these ;mistakes . . . However, I can assure you that the quality of the food FAR OUTWEIGHS the mistakes. Yes . . . I have gone back for more following the mistakes and will continue to do so. If you are a Sashimi lover you will not be disappointed!

Since day one, the two young gentlemen that run the front of house operations have been delightfully courteous and incredibly persistent to offer quality experiences. The food alone is worth the visit but the truth is, these guys are personable in their engagement and genuinely fun. If you interact with them and share genuine intrigue of their food, they have their own way of sealing the deal to keep you coming back. The ingredients taste fresh and the menu has depth. I'm a huge fan of the Tuna Tataki, the Bean Thread Noodle and Eel Hand Roll dishes. Extra Eel sauce. They do have great lunch specials and if you're weary, I'd recommend trying them at the time. You get the most variety and sampling of their core flavors for a steal.

Delicious. Great customer service and they deliver! Steamy hot when delivered. Generous portions. Nice amount of meat for price. We love it and order often.

Everything is so "FRESH"! A little Thai a little sushi YUM. Thai spring rolls are a must have. Having Vegetable Red Curry (two stars) FANTASTIC as always. Trying the Maki Dinner ( California roll, JB roll, and Tuna roll) - sushi is very fresh. I have never had anything here that was not good. Highly recommend lunch or dinner here or take it home. You won't be disappointed.

  • Gail M.

Soooo Bad!!!!!! Sushi: AWFUL!! We ordered the South Beach roll and the seaweed paper inside was actually spongy... Pad Thai smelled like dog food and looked like slop. Fried rice with shrimp and beef - beef looked inedible and shrimp was anemic. I know this sounds like I'm exaggerating, BUT I'M NOT!!!! If you place ANY value on quality food, do not eat here!

    (1)
  • Ariel C.

Best roll: south beach Worst roll: spicy tuna The spicy tuna isn't spicy at all. Fresh fish but the sushi is made with too much rice. The appetizer spring roll was good and the shrimp tempura roll was good

  • Joanna S.

We came here last week for a celebratory dinner and cheat night and it was well worth it! This place knows how to do real authentic Thai food. If you want depth of flavor this is the restaurant to go to! Do not be turned off by the location or small setting, it is a very small and casual place, but wonderful food. The sushi is lacking here, rice is not great quality and overly sticky and bland. I would recommend highly the Thai and using their 1-5 scale of spicy they take this very seriously, 5 is ghost pepper spicy. We had the crispy basil duck and the special shrimp and chicken pad Thai. We can't wait to go back!

  • Sarah S.

We were looking to eat somewhere local and casual and found the perfect place! I don't know much about Thai food but was blown away by how good this food was. The Tom Yum soup was very good and not to heavy as an appetizer. I had the pad Thai which was so delicious with the shrimp and not to spicy but flavorful. My boyfriend got the curry with beef and I have to say I loved it and even the next day as left overs was even better!

    (5)
  • Ian H.

The food here is amazing. I like to sit at the bar and watch the sushi chef prepare the food, and of course, to eat it afterwards! Don't hesitate to try this place out. It's not the cheapest place in Delray, but it is worth it.

Excellent service... The food was fresh and delicious. It's a very small restaurant very hidden, but a great find. I absolutely hate sushi but tried my friends dragon roll and fell in LOVE!!!!! Definitely try this place! Will be coming back.

Delicious and fresh Thai food and sushi. Love coming here. Tom kha soup is the best ever. The service is really good as well!

  • Daniel B.

I went here for a combination of Thai and sushi, unfortunately the sushi chef had a "medical emergency" so we were unable to order any sushi. No matter - went went hard for the Thai As in most other Thai places, my favorite thing is the soup, and the Tom Kha did not disappoint. A frothy coconut soup oozing with flavors, this one was sweet but still kicked a spicy punch. They also have tomato in there which is unusual for this soup. The chicken skewers (don't remember the name) the meat was tough and rubbery but where that lacked they made up for in size and sauce. The sauces were A+++ a peanut sauce and some sweet pepper Thai glaze... Both addicting The nana crispy duck - duck is either always cooked perfectly or it's not. This was could perfectly, fried and they let the duck do the talking. Not much additional flavor or anything but phenomenal nontheless. Lastly was the chicken Penang curry. Very very good. Nothing to embellish but definitely fantastic Service was great as was the rest of the experience

I'm glad I found this place. It's in a small shopping place behind the Winn Dixie on Atlantic just west of Military. Not a great location but they had a steady stream of customers coming in. We ordered all Thai dishes and they were all fantastic. We kept saying how good the food was. The pad Thai, wonton noodle soup, panang curry, drunken noodles, stir fry were all delicious. The portion sizes are large and the food came out fairly quickly. We also ordered fried banana, fried Oreos and fried ice cream. They were good but nothing special. I will definitely go back to try their other dishes. Also great service.

    (5)
  • Phat P.

The quality and authenticity of the food is wonderful. I would go here once a week minimum if I lived here. Glad my mother does so I can visit often. Can't wait to try more! I got the Thai Ice Coffee, Crab Rangoon, Chicken Panang Curry. Even the miso soup that came with the Panang was delicious.

  • Stephen S.

Upon recommendation of a valued neighbor we first visit fetched take out. 1) We'll be back. 2) Especially delighted with the robust fried rice. Supply big enough for dinner 4 two and later, two lunches. 3) Spring rolls with melt in mouth crispiness and six dainty crab rangoon, both orders vanished. 3) Tipping? If you wish to, be sure it is cash to the servers. Just sayin'

Hidden gem & close to home. If you need your sushi fix this place is great! I'm a native to San Francisco so I won't even go there. Pros: Staff is super friendly Fast service Great food

The Tom Kha soup is fantastic and so is the Red Curry with beef. It is one of my favorite Thai places. I keep getting the same thing over and over again because I love it so much.

  • Michelle R.

I'm so glad I went to check this place out! I found it on Yelp, I've lived here my whole life but had no idea this place opened. It really is a hidden gem because it's not visible from the roadway. If you're curious, I highly recommend trying it! The Tom Kai soup was amazing especially but everything I had was wonderful. It's cozy, well-priced, and feels authentic.

  • Josh M.

By far the best Thai restaurant in Delray and their sushi is excellent (better than most dedicated sushi restaurants). The Tom Kha Gai soup is amazing and I have it everytime I come here. The curry is awesome some as well. Resonable process and good service too, just make sure you don't drive by it, it's hidden in the back of a shopping plaza.

    (5)
  • Rhonda G.

Awesome food. We have driven by this strip mall for years and never knew this place was here. No ambience but the food was terrific....from the tom kha to the south beach roll, sushi boats and tempura deserts. Definitely coming back here.

  • Kendahl V.

Pad Thai or drunken noodles are my favorite! Always great service and delicious food. Excellent portions on all lunch specials. Be careful what you wish for with the spicy food! If you love spicy foods, a 3 out of 5 is plenty. Sushi is fresh. Ginger dressing is just right. The wonton soup is a must have. They give you PLENTY OF FOOD at this place! You will not leave here hungry. Left-overs taste even better the next day if you can't finish! So glad I found this restaurant. NaNas never disappoints.

  • Michael L.

***LOVE IT*** very quaint and definitely a gem! We frequent them often. I always order the Tom Ka soup, the coconut base one, and it's the best I've had in the area! Their duck (prepared multiple ways) is very good. I have never had a bad experience here, and eat here at least once a week. I'm told their sushi, mainly the Fuji roll, is excellent. It is a little pricy, but worth every penny.

I was not impressed with this place at all. I see that it has a lot of great reviews for a restaurant that opened less than a year ago... It was located close to home, so I figured that we should check it out. I put them to test by requesting my specially made roll -- sweet potato tempura roll. The waitress told me they do not have sweet potato here. The weird thing is there is another review that said, "The Massaman Curry has avocado and sweet potato and is delicious!" Since they have no sweet potato, I had to choose another plate. I ended up ordering the pad thai with tofu. There was something about it that I did not like at all. My boyfriend ordered sushi with salmon it it. He said it was too fishy. It was like the salmon was too cooked and it changed the taste of the roll. He didn't like it either. I don't know what the hype is here, but I was not a fan at all.

Listen I'm a manger and I know how important it is to write a review that is the truth and not someone that doesn't have patients and thinks they should run the world ! I'm a sushi lover and very old school kid of guy this place is a solid 5 . Just go one day and see for yourself it is good

Went there for lunch today and had the Crispy Red Curry Duck. It was awesome!!! Only negative, it was expensive. They have a great lunch menu I opted for something not on the lunch menu but this is my new favorite Thai Sushi place

  • John M.

Thai food prepared with love! Don't dismiss this little gem of a restaurant just because of its conservative appearance and humble strip plaza location. The food here more than makes up for the casualness. This is the kind of food you'd expect from a fancy high-dollar Thai place, and the prices are very reasonable. We've tried the Panang Curry (chicken), Tom Kha Soup (chicken), Beef Salad, Nam Sod, Dragon Roll, and Wonton Soup. Everything we've ordered has been fabulous! The only reason I didn't give them a fifth star is because they don't serve our favorite Thai sticky rice desserts. At least, not yet. I've included several pictures with this review.

Review is for take out sushi only. Saw the great reviews on yelp and there really aren't that many places around for sushi or Thai unless you are downtown Delray and still even then the pickings are slim and pricey. We ordered the lobster bomb, the Hawaii roll, and the Tuna tower. All were fresh and the portion was very good. The lobster roll slices were large. The presentation was very nice. We both thought everything was very good and would like to go again to sit inside and try the Thai. This is right near the Winn Dixie on Atlantic and Military if you are trying to a acclimate yourself. One thing that I noted was that the rolls seemed to have a lot of the crunchie flakes - although good I would pick one roll with and one without next time. Also, for to-go I would ask for extra soy. Will go again and update review. I am glad to have this restaurant in the neighborhood!

I really, really wanted to like this place since it is only about half a mile away from our house. We made two visits and tried a stir fry, Thai red curry and a large wonton noodle soup. Nothing was really good. Sauces are watery and rather tasteless. Chicken was of low quality. Prices were high. Pass on this one regardless of the other reviews because it is...a dud.

  • Devin H.

Tried this place after seeing it had such good reviews. I'm new to Delray, so I'm looking for my go-to Thai take out place and this may just be it. I had the chicken panang curry and the tom kar soup (my usuals) and my girlfriend had the pad thai. Food was all very good, the prices were a few dollars under what I typically pay, and the portions were great. The location is pretty terrible, lol...but other than that, all good, so 4 stars!

This place is great, we had the lunch menu so each enjoyed a bento box.. The boxes were big and loaded with sushi and deep fried treats as well as the pepper beef that I ordered, very good for the price and very tasty too...

This place was a little bit difficult to find. Small and cozy. The miso soup tasted like it had been sitting awhile. Sushi was a bit on the pricy side but not a bad little spot.

While Rice in Boynton Beach is my go-to for Thai food, I decided to give this place a try based on the reviews. It had many similar menu items. I decided to do take out. The space is small and clean with a sushi bar and the staff is very friendly. I ordered the Tom Kha Gai soup with chicken and the red curry with crispy duck and brown rice. The soup was superb - a silky, aromatic coconut based broth full of chicken mushroom, tomato and kaffir lime leaves. It was one of the best versions I've tried. The duck was packed in a separate container from the red curry sauce, which I found to be very thoughtful. It had perfectly crisp skin and tender meat. The red curry sauce was absolutely delicious, I spooned less than half over my duck and still had plenty left over. One bite and I was in heaven. I love sushi too so I'm sure I'll be back to try that as well. This restaurant is definitely worth the drive from Boynton, Boca, and even West Palm. Hope it's here to stay.

Delicious! Love the food here. I work in an office nearby and we order from here quite often. My favorites are the basil fried rice, shrimp red curry, seaweed salad and the rolls are all very good! So far there hasn't been anything I ordered from here that I didn't love!

I've been here numerous times and everything is always perfect. The sushi and panang curry is really good. They're also very busy but the service was really great. I'd definitely recommend this to my friends

Outstanding sushi for an outstanding price. Everyone enjoyed the food and we had zero complaints. This place is sort of a hidden gem and located directly behind Winn Dixie on Atlantic and Military. The staff was super friendly and even gave me a fancy little tool so I could fit in with the chopsticks! Definitely recommend this place even though I hate to give away the secret!

I really love this place and order all the time. They are always willing to customize rolls to my specific tastes and the sushi is reliably fresh. It's worth noting that they don't have booths inside the restaurant. For that reason I don't love going there, but for Japanese delivery I wouldn't choose any place else.

We discovered this gem a year ago right after they opened. We are snowbirds tired of long wait's for overpriced food with lousy service. Nana's is just the opposite. Great food, great service, reasonable prices. We introduced many friends and relatives to Nana's. We all eat there regularly. I wish we had a similar eatery up north for the other 9 months. Our only regret is the absence of the original wait staff who added fun to the formula. Service is even better, the food is still better than most, just the sake bombs are gone along with the fun and laughter.

This place is really good. We had the volcano roll to start and it was yummy. It is a California roll topped with spicy krab. The spicy krab was served hot on top. For dinner we each got Panang chicken and sea food. The scallops in the seafood were yummy and the chicken was juicy. The portions were huge and we had leftovers. The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because the ambiance isn't great. It's definitely a "hidden treasure" kind of in a weird location and inside decor is outdated. Service was friendly and prompt.

This place was amazing! It's very low-key and unassuming but the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I had the red curry and the tom yum soup. The tom yum was hot and a perfect blend of spices. The curry wasn't too thick or too watery. I had it with the brown rice. You have to try this place!

This was highly recommended by a friend and I finally got there. The food was of very high quality and service was really friendly. Crispy duck was superb and panang curry beautifully flavored. Portions were generous and prices were very fair. It's the best Thai food I've had in the area and happily very close to my home. The restaurant is quite attractive too. This will be our go to restaurant for Thai food from now on.

Great Pad See Ew, and nice, relaxing atmosphere. Also ordered a Thai iced tea which was delicious. I could have lived without the spicy tuna rolls (nothing special) but their noodles are to die for.

This place is a good example of real Thai food, path thai was just perfect sauce you order on your own taste spicy or mild. Service is good and fast. Environment is great too :) truly recommendable, I have to come back to try the sushi bar.

Great Thai food. Enjoyed lemongrass chicken stir fried green beans (they were eating it themselves in the back), tom yang soup, and penang tofu. Thai food was incredibly aromatic with their herbs, and just a tad too sweet! Salmon sashimi and California roll were solid. Wonton noodle soup fair. Thai coffee overly sweet (yes, it is at baseline a super sweet drink), but aromatic like I have never had before. We are from southern CA, so we appreciate real Asian flavors.

Cozy, hole in the wall Thai/sushi place with good food and a nice atmosphere. I had the massaman curry, which was delicious. We had a long wait for our food since we got there at peak dinner time ~ 7:45.

We discovered this restaurant through Yelp. All the previous ratings were 5 stars...and for good reason. The food is outstanding, the service and attitude is wonderful, the restaurant may be small...but it's clean. We've been there 4 times in the last month (either carry out or dining in)...had Nana's Fried Rice, Nana's Pad Thai, several of the rolls and appetizers. Everything we've had there has been wonderful. I hope this place is here to stay..we plan many more visits!

Disappointed after reading such great reviews. We just moved from an area where it was easy to find phenomenal sushi so perhaps the bar is set too high? The volcano roll had warmed crab on top which I didn't really enjoy. The 2nd roll we ordered was bland and even the spicy mayo was bland. On a plus side, the sake was great and the staff was very friendly. It drew a crowd so there is definitely a following here but I just really did not enjoy the food...

The food here is delicious and the staff is very courteous and appreciative. A better value compared to the similar places in East Delray.

My favorite sushi in Delray is Furin. The only downside is they are not open for lunch on the weekend so we decided to try Nana. I ordered a vegetable roll and another roll,it was that forgettable, with brown rice and my husband ordered a spicy tuna and a jb roll with white rice. On the menu they offer brown rice so I was surprised when the roll was served with warm brown rice and fell apart as I picked it up. My husbands white rice rolls were ok but nothing exciting. I am sad to say that I was very disappointed with the quality of food. The service and cleanliness were not an issue but the food is not worth a second chance or first if you can avoid it.

The luck specials are well priced for the amount is food you get if you order a bento box. The staff is very attentive which is a big plus in an area of Florida that lacks customer service. I highly recommend the crab Rangoon, chicken with mixed veggies. Looking forward to trying more dishes. I hear the pad thai is pretty amazing.

This restaurant has only been open for 3 weeks, and they are working hard to gain a good reputation! Our group ordered several sushi rolls, edamame, and beers. All of the rolls were delicious, and our server was very friendly. At the end of our meal, several of the servers brought our table sake bombs and we all (including the servers) enjoyed them. Definitely check them out!!

This is my first yelp review, and that is saying something on it's own. A few weeks after getting back from a trip to Thailand I started craving some of the great food I had while I was there. Nana Noodles took me right back, minus 30+ hours in coach. The Pad Thai was on point, as well as the Thai Basil Stir-fry, even got myself a Singha beer! I've been to this restaurant twice and can't wait till we rendezvous again. Oh, and if you want to cool down after some 4-star heat, the Oreo Tempura is calling your name.

This place is great. Not only is food excellent but wait staff is so much fun. I highly recommend this place . They have a fun drink called sake bomb which is a fun almost ritual where the staff participates. Will definitely make this a regular stop. Can t say enough. Plan on telling all my Delray friends. The food is well presented and comes promptly. It was very fresh and tasty.

Don't let the typical menu of pad thai and green chicken curry fool you, this is not an average south florida thai restaurant. There's a reason so many thai people are eating here, and they're ordering from the Thai menu which includes dishes such as a whole fried snapper (stuffed with fried kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, chiles, and other thai aromatics with two amazing dipping sauces, one of them fish-sauce based. Seriously one of the best things I have ever eaten, it's phenomenal), super spicy Papaya Salad, and various noodle soups including boat noodles. If you're afraid of organ meats or extreme spiciness you might not find some of them to your liking I can imagine. That is probably only touching the surface of their Thai menu dishes as I don't read thai but maybe if there's a thai family next to you you can just say "I'll have what they're having." Maybe if there's enough of a demand they can translate that secret menu into English . the closest you'll get to the kind of thai food available in Thai Town LA. Khong River house in south beach is portraying themselves as serving "real" thai food in the vein of Pok Pok, but, while some dishes there are quite tasty, the food is much better here for a lot less the price, and not to get too new agey but there is some ineffable magical Thai spirit or energy to the food here that you don't get at Khong, and that I have only had in LA. (Or at BG thai market in deerfield on Saturdays get there around noon for a home cooked thai feast to take to go. Just go)

Reading the reviews on our way over I was so excited for sushi, but this place was not as good as expected. Rolls were big and sloppy with too much rice and tempura flakes, not enough fish. The place was not busy and it took over 30 minutes for our rolls to come out. Place looks like they put no $$ into it. Must be why there was only avocado atop two pieces of our roll. Not impressed with service, decor or quality of food.

Let me preface this review by stating that I'm a foodie - I was raised in NYC and recently moved to southern Florida after a 16-year stint in Las Vegas. So I've been around venues that are known for great food and I was wowed by the quality of the Thai food that I experienced at Nana's! The details really impressed me, like the whole shrimp in each wonton served in the wonton soup. The massaman curry was exquisite and I can't wait to try the other curries and rolls.

Awesome. Pretty sushi & very fresh. Nicely seasoned Thai dishes adjusted to your desired level of spicyness. Pleasant, helpful and attentive staff. Reasonable prices. Go. What are you waiting for?

This place is the BOMB! Bomb as in great food, and bomb as in saki bomb. What is not to love about a place where the staff does a saki bomb with you at the end of your meal - FOR FREE. That and $1 beers after 8pm. Awesome. Ok enough about the alcohol, the food is stellar too. The rolls are huge and you get a great bang for the buck. Sushi is fresh and delicious. I haven't tried anything but sushi, but the cooked entries being brought out from the kitchen all looked great. The staff/owners are extremely pleasant and always smiling. In my two visits, their services can be a bit chaotic as they buzz around the retauarant, but the food makes up for it. Enjoy.

This place was a huge disappointment. Just walking in I felt the place looked run down and cheap. They obviously spent no money on decor or creating a nice atmosphere. Ok, fair enough. However the service was awful and the good was average at best. There were about 3 tables with customers when we walked in and I was a little shocked it took over 10 minutes for someone to come take a drink order. The place was not that busy. If the good was great all would have been forgiven but it wasn't. Salad was lousy and the sushi was sloppy consisting of way too much rice. Yes the fish was fresh so I will commend them on that but isn't that a must? Overall the rolls were lousy and I can say I will never eat here again. You have so many options for sushi and thia food in the area so I think this place has no shot at being successful. Lastly the location is bad as it is tucked away in the corner of a barren parking lot.

My fiance & I found Nana on Yelp when we were looking for a later, casual dinner spot on a Saturday night. Nana is hidden on the corner in an inconspicuous strip mall but don't let that deter you -- it's delicious. Sidenote we live in NYC and eat sushi 2-3 times a week so I feel like we can be on the pickier side. The fish is fresh, the rolls are creative and the price is exactly right. Not too cheap and not too expensive. The service was fast and friendly and the space is fine; it's pretty typical sushi spot decor. Tables are comfortably arranged though with cushions and pillows on the bench against the wall. I got the South Beach roll and my fiance got the rainbow roll and two hand rolls. All were excellent. Even the miso was better than average. And they accept Amex, which is always a plus. Oh yeah, and they gave us a mystery 10% discount off the entire bill and offered to do sake bombs with us at the end of the meal. Can't go wrong. It seems like this place is on the newer side and I hope it does well. Five stars for doing everything right when it comes to a casual sushi spot, hands down.

Really good food and plenty of it. Good sushi rolls, interesting wonton soup, spring rolls not so good, masaman was good but the fried banana dessert was a big disappointment. We would go again. Make sure you get cold Saki to enjoy with dinner...

We had lunch and dinner at Nana Noodle and Sushi Bar. The place is nicely decorated on the spartan side. The portions are large and the food is absolutely delicious at a price that is very reasonable. This is a gem

We found this recently opened gem purely by accident, and what a treat! Hubby & I had lunch (15% discount because we paid with cash:) I had the soup with veggies and chicken broth, very tasty and served at the perfect temperature. Then I had the chicken with mixed veggies in brown Thai sauce and white rice. Again, perfectly cooked, not too salty and a nice lunch portion. Hubby had a spicy tuna salad appetizer-a large serving with tuna, avocado & cucumber that was so fresh and tasty. He then had the dragon roll and to quote him "one of the best dragon rolls I've ever had"...and he eats a LOT of sushi! Lastly he had a spicy salmon roll and said it was very good--again a real compliment coming from him. Lastly, the young server said he & his mom just opened 2 months ago and they were both very friendly, accommodating and truly enjoyed cooking for us. We will definitely come back and try dinner next!!

I have been twice so far and absolutely LOVE Nana! The first visit was with a group of mid-to-late twenty year olds. We were all impressed by the quality, quantity, and presentation of the sushi! Of course service was impeccable, and the round of sake bombs at the end was a very pleasant surprise. The second trip I made is the true testament to the quality and service of Nana's- I took my own Nana, as well as my Great Aunt and Uncle. There has not been a trip out where this lot did not complain...with the exception of this trip to Nana! They opted for the cooked entrees: Duck, Nana pad thai, Lobster pad thai, as well as the yom tom, and wonton soup - zero complaints, only rave reviews! I am looking forward to my next trip to Delray, just so I can come back to Nana! Keep it up, guys!

Just sayin'

Must try.

Got Panang curry as recommended--yummy. Tom yum soup rather tomato salt taste to it. Great service. Will be back to try some more items.

LOL

This place is a good example of real Thai food, path thai was just perfect sauce you order on your own taste spicy or mild. Service is good and fast. Environment is great too :) truly recommendable, I have to come back to try the sushi bar.

  • Mike M.

The food here is amazing. I like to sit at the bar and watch the sushi chef prepare the food, and of course, to eat it afterwards! Don't hesitate to try this place out. It's not the cheapest place in Delray, but it is worth it.
